هناك العديد من الخطط الاستراتيجية العبقرية بأفكارها وروعة صياغتها ولكنها بقيت حبراً على ورق بسبب عدم وجود فريق متكامل ينظر من زوايا مختلفة وبعدسات متنوعة يمكن من خلالها الجمع بين مجالات متنوعة من دفاع وأمن واقتصاد واتصالات وتقنية وقانون. فالاستراتيجيات الناجحة لا تُولد في عزلة، بل هي ثمرة تعاونٍ بين عيونٍ تنظر من زوايا مختلفة. وفي عالم اليوم، ومع ما يوجد من تداخل في التحديات حيث تتداخل التحديات التقنية مع القانونية، والأمنية مع الاتصالية، والمحلية مع الدولية، فمن الغير المجدي صياغة الاستراتيجيات، خصوصا في القطاعات الحكومية والحساسة من منظورٍ واحد.

ويمكننا نقل أحد التجارب التي مررنا بها خلال مشاركتنا في أحد المشاريع الأمنية حيث كان التحدي في وثيقة تقنية باللغة الإنجليزية تم صياغتها من قبل خبراء أوروبيين من خلفيات ثقافية أوروبية متنوعة حيث  تضمنت الوثيقة مصطلحات هامة كان يتم ترجمتها من قبل مترجمين بطريقة لا تتماشى مع ما هو معمول به ومستخدم من مصطلحات ومفردات في البيئة الأمنية إضافة على عدم تطابقها مع السياق الأمني. ولأن عمل فريقنا لم يقتصر على الترجمة فقط ، فقد ساهمت الخبرات المتنوعة للفريق في اختيار مفردات تلائم بيئة العمل الأمني وإنتاج وثائق قابلة للتسليم للعميل وصالحة للتنفيذ وذلك بمساهمة أصحاب خبرات في مجالات الدفاع والأمن والاستشارات والتدقيق اللغوي والترجمة. 

إن الاستراتيجية الناجحة ليست فقط تقرير يتم تسليمه. بل هي نظام حيوي يبدأ بفريق التصميم وينتهي بالتنفيذ في المنشأة. وعندما يجتمع فريق لديه مهارة في التخطيط والدقة في التنظيم والبلاغة في اللغة والفهم الواسع لبيئة العمل واتساع الشبكة المعرفية، فإن الناتج هو آلية عمل تضمن تحويل هذه الخطة إلى واقع ملموس
